I had a very disappointing experience with Niharika Collection. My daughter ordered a Coffee Maroon Anarkali Gown with Dupatta Set (XL - 42) under order number NM52113 dated 16-August-2024, and the fabric quality was extremely poor, nowhere near matching the Rs. 1699 price. It looked more like something worth around Rs. 800 max. To make matters worse, there is no return policy, and you have to pay for return shipping yourself if you want an exchange, which has to be sent to a post office near the Surat address. Be cautious of this type of company that prioritizes profit over quality, with a no-return policy. Very Poor and Pathetic Experience.
